Authorized returns for unused items may be accepted if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ITEMS. Returns may be accommodated with store credit or exchange. Returns will be refused & returned to you under the following conditions: If you do not contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) or send COD or postage due.
Store credits are issued for the purchase price of the item only – and valid for 6 months from date of issue.
Please read the following carefully for complete Return Procedures. Failure to comply with these details will result in the merchandise being return to you.

Contact us FIRST for a Return Authorization# (RA#). This number, assigned by us, must be clearly visible on the out of the returned package or delivery will be refused. Please enclose the original packing slip (that arrived with your purchase), noting your reason for the return.

Item must be returned in its original packing, with all tags, etc intact, in unused condition. All instructions, informational material, etc. must be included.

We reserve the right to determine if the item is not in returnable condition and appears to be used, or is otherwise non saleable due to damage, dirt, etc.

Sorry, due to health regulations, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges on carriers, beds or CLOTHING THAT HAS BEEN WORN. This is for the safety of your pet as well as others. Please make sure the dimensions are appropriate for the pet size.

We advise that return shipments be sent via methods that can be easily tracked. This is for your protection as we cannot be liable for lost or stolen packages.

All Shipping and Handling costs for purchases are non-refundable

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

All return shipping and handling costs are paid by the buyer. This would include costs for returns back to Two Poodles and Me, as well as reshipping exchanges or replacements back to you.

Replacements and/or exchanges will incur normal shipping & handling to be sent back to you. If you want to add any items to that shipment, normal shipping and handling expenses will be charged.

Please measure carefully for all items, as exchanges will include a $15 handling charge per item. Heavier or special shipping items may include additional expenses.
