I'M NOT SURE WHAT SIZE COLLAR MY POOCH WEARS. I NEED HELP!
Collar sizes vary between suppliers, so we STRONGLY urge you to measure every time. Maybe your Fifi wore an XS last year, but she might have, ahem, grown a little this year. Take the guesswork out of buying & measure every time. Please don't just assume that you can simply order the same shize Fifi wears now. Pretty please.
Using a tape measure, carefully take a snug measurement of the neck circumference. Add approximately 1" for comfort. If your dog has a very fluffy coat, you might want to add a bit more. That's the size you need! Don't have a tape measure? take a piece of string or ribbon, place around the neck, mark with a pen & then measure with a ruler.

Most orders are processed in 24 hours. Standard shipping is usually within a 1-2 week window. Most folks report they happily receive orders in less time than that.
