Before we proceed with the legal stuff, let's talk for a moment about spam and personal privacy. Two Poodles and Me (TPaM) hates spam more than you do. (Trust us. We probably get more than you do.) We also value your trust in us more than anything else in the world - certainly higher than the "almighty" dollar. You won't get spam from us. Period. Nor will you see us use the information you so carefully entrust to us through our newsletters, wishlists and other services in ways that would violate your trust in us. We want you to like us. To trust us. And we'll do everything in our power to live up to your beliefs in us.

Legal Notice: Privacy Policy

Two Poodles and Me maintains a strict privacy policy and uses state of the art technologies to safeguard personal information and communications from unauthorized intrusions. Two Poodles and Me recognizes that the growth of on-line services has created additional privacy concerns, particularly for internet users. On-line privacy concerns focus primarily on the protection of "user identifiable" information which an individual reasonably expects to be kept private. As the term suggests, "user identifiable" information is information that, when associated with an individual identifies that user, for example, a user's name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. TPaM has put in place the following Privacy Policy. This policy covers personal information collected using Two Poodles and Me's services available under the domain and subdomains of www.twopoodlesandme.com (the "Site"). You consent to Two Poodles and Me's use of your personal information as outlined in this Privacy Policy whenever you submit information to us.

Collection and Use

Unless required to by law, Two Poodles and Me does not share any personal information you submit to TPaM to a third party without your consent.

You may read most of the Site without giving Two Poodles and Me any personal information. Some pages of the Site, such as Wish Lists, Newsletters, or Contests, require you to register by submitting personal information using an online form. We may use this information to contact you from time to time. If you do not want us to contact you please let us know by sending us an e-mail to the address below, writing to us at the address below or clicking the "Opt-Out" link at the bottom of every communication we send to you.

Two Poodles and Me receives anonymous usage data from the server that hosts the Site. This anonymous usage data includes, a record of the user's Internet Protocol address, the user's browser program used to access the Site, and the name of the user's internet service provider. It does not contain any personal information about the user.

When you submit your personal information using an online form you consent to Two Poodles and Me placing small files called "cookies" on your computer. These files identify your browser and save information such as passwords so that the Site can recognize you. You can set your browser to disable cookies, but some of the Site's pages may not work properly if you do this.

Two Poodles and Me uses its cookies for a number of purposes, including to:

Improper Conduct

Two Poodles and Me may also use personal information you submit to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity or activity that threatens the network or otherwise violates the Terms of Use. You hereby consent to such use.

Children

Two Poodles and Me joins the industry in recognizing that children, including young teens, may not be able to make informed choices about personal information requested on-line. Accordingly, Two Poodles and Me does not target children or teenagers (younger than eighteen years of age) for collection of information on-line. Two Poodles and Me does not solicit or collect customer identifiable information targeted at children and teenagers under eighteen.
