Poodles were always part of our family, from Fritzy, the little grey toy poodle, to Gin-Gin , the sweet apricot miniature poodle (yes, just like I Dream of Jeanie's dog)! Even during the Dark Ages Of No Dogs, we knew the poodles would evenutally be back.
About 6 years ago we were ready for a new puppy and were certain that a little chocolate girl poodle was going to come home with us. Yup, that's definitely what we wanted. Until we saw our sweet little red boy, Beamie. One look and we knew it was love at first site. He was a bit shy, but so elegant and the dearest expressive face.
Beamie was destined to be ours and so the little chocolate girl puppy went to another loving home. The day he came home was the beginning a new poodle chapter in our lives. The joy lives on!
