Beamie and Elvis get a tad nervous when I start looking at pictures like this! They think being green means wearing it or playing with it!

Beamie and Elvis are so excited! Tomorrow is a double special day! They get to celebrate both Valentine's Day and the annual Westminster Kennel Club show. They both love this new children's book, Best In Show, written by Karen LeFrak, about a girl who raises a championship poodle. Karen breeds and shows white standard poodles with some legendary stars of Poodle Land. Her dogs are regular attendees at Westminster. Beamie and Elvis love watching the dogs from their comfy sofa at home! They think all dogs are winners!

Beamie is deep in thought, while contemplating his bone treat. He's probably thinking,  "I'm going to pretend you're my little annoying brother, Elvis, while I gnaw away at you!" Yup. That's probably what he's thinking. If you knew Elvis, you would too! They really love each other and get along fabulously. But Beamie did request a bone treat in the shape of a little toy black poodle. Calling Dr. Freud!

Baby Elvis does not like grooming. He doesn't like getting brushed either and runs upstairs the minute he sees the scissors and clippers appear. So he gets the Quick as a Bunny haircut and has a summer 'do all year round. But he is getting used to the treats he gets during the groom. Keep 'em coming!
